Service Description

SecureSom provides institutional monitoring, compliance tracking, incident logging, and report generation for government bodies, municipalities, NGOs, and donor programmes. We do not provide formal cybersecurity certification, penetration testing, or legal compliance guarantees.

Acceptable Use

You may only use SecureSom to monitor systems you own or have written authorisation to monitor. You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to stalk individuals, or to interfere with systems outside your institutional authority. All incident reports entered must be truthful and accurate.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SecureSom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we maintain high availability targets, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring alerts and compliance scores are advisory and do not constitute legal or formal audit certification.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 14 days, then permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend access immediately for violations of acceptable use.
